Simran Chawla

Ms. Chawla is a part of the core litigation team. Her area of expertise involves drafting of Petitions, Appeals, Applications, Replies, Affidavits and Legal Notices to be filled with Courts / Tribunals / Authorities under Taxation and Commercial Laws such as Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, SARFAESI Act, Right to Information Act, Commercial Courts Act, Consumer Protection Act and Negotiable Instrument Act. She also handles the company Law related matters pertaining to share valuation  for transfer of shares, search report of companies, right and bonus issues, creation / modification / satisfaction of charge along with various other compliance required under Companies Act.
